Shipping Info

MAIL ORDERS: No C.O.D. orders. Payment in full must accompany all orders. Please do not send cash. Check or money order only. If you would prefer to place your order by telephone with a credit card, please telephone Customer Service at 407-758-9891.
 
PACKAGING: We carefully wrap and package our "Beasties" to ensure that you receive them without damage. All of our "Beasties" are individually boxed and then shipped in outer shipping cartons for additional protection.
 
DELIVERY TIME: We can usually ship orders within 3-4 days depending on the time of year. Please allow additional time during holiday periods. If your order is "time critical," please telephone so that we may specify a ship date and arrange special delivery options (at additional cost) if necessary.
 
SHIPPING: We ship all orders within the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico) via Federal Express (FedEx) or the US Postal Service, depending on the area of the country to where the delivery is made or if the delivery is to a residential address. Typically FedEx assesses additional fees for residential deliveries ($3.45) and additional fees for "DAS Residential Deliveries ("DAS"-Delivery Area Surcharge to certain remote areas, est. $3.35-varies.) In order to economize your shipping charge, we may ship these orders via the US Postal Service. All orders are shipped Standard Ground Service. International orders and deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii are mailed via the US Postal Service. Please call to arrange other upgraded expedited delivery services.
 
RETURNS: Please contact us for instructions for all returns.
 
DAMAGED ITEMS: Please notify us of any damaged items so that we can arrange return and replacement of damaged items.
